Basalt holds its structure under pressure. Bone is closer, more personal — the part of a portrait that actually looks like you. Every session here is built on that pairing: technically disciplined lighting and composition, spent in service of a picture that still feels like the person in it. Based in Bremerton and shot around the Kitsap shoreline, sessions run in natural light against real backdrops — ivy, stone, tideline — rather than a seamless backdrop in a rented studio.
